Christmas Everything Bagel Tree Pastries

Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 15-20g Mingle’s Everything Bagel seasoning
- Sliced Tasty cheese (about 8 slices)
- 1 egg
- 30g butter (melted)
- Generous sprinkle of Mingle’s Green Goddess seasoning
Directions
- Lay 1 sheet of puff pastry on a chopping board, brush egg all over & sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly across the sheet.
Layer with slices of cheese
Top with the second sheet of puff pastry
With a knife, cut the pastry into strips about 1 inch thick
Fold strips to make a christmas tree shape and add a skewer in the middle all the way through
Place trees on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter and green goddess seasoning
Bake at 180C for 15-20 mins or until golden brown & enjoy
