700g diced chicken breast

1 packet Mingle Chow Mein seasoning

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

1 tbsp sriracha

400g mixed frozen veggies

200g egg whites (optional)

3 large eggs

700g cooked white rice (300g dry)

3 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
Directions
Coat chicken in seasoning, cook in a lightly greased pan.
Add cooked rice and frozen veggies to the pan.
Create a well, scramble eggs/egg whites, then mix into the mixture.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha. Mix, then portion into 5 equal serves.
