With a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken breasts to thing them out (make sure they're even).
Coat chicken breasts in some EVOO & a generous sprinkle of Mingle’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
Place chicken breasts in the air fryer for 13-15 mins on 180C.
To a large salad bowl, add Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, parmesan cheese, garlic, capers, lemon juice & Mingle’s Citrus Pepper Seasoning then mix until combined.
Throw the greens into a bowl & mix until evenly coated in dressing.
Serve air fried chicken on your creamy greens, top with avo, fried garlic, Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning & some extra parmesan.
