130g Frozen chicken dumplings

120ml chicken stock

20ml light coconut milk

20–30ml crushed tomatoes

1/2 tsp crushed garlic

1/2 tsp crushed ginger

20g cherry tomatoes

20g frozen peas

1/4 packet Mingle Butter Chicken seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add seasoning, chicken stockm light coconut milk, garlic, ginger and crushed tomatoes to the baking dish, mix well.
Add veggies, mix and top with dumplings.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
Consume as is or serve on rice if desired.
