Ingredients
- 1kg chicken thigh
 - 1 packet of Mingle’s Buffalo Chicken Bake Recipe Base
 - 1/2 cup natural flavoured yoghurt
 - 1 cup white rice
 - 1 x 450g bag pre-made slaw (carrot, cabbage mix)
 - 
                
                
1 tbsp of Buffalo Chicken Bake (set aside from packet)
 - 
                
                
2 tbsp Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce
 - 1/4 cup natural flavoured yoghurt
 
For the sauce:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-forced)
- In a large bowl, mix 1/3 cup of the yoghurt with Mingle’s Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base. Set aside 1tbsp of seasoning in the packet to make the sauce.
 - Add the chicken thigh, coat well.
 - Transfer to a baking dish bake for 45 minutes.
 - While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice.
 - Mix all sauce ingredients together to make the sauce.
 - Add the remaining yoghurt (about 1 heaped tbsp) to the slaw salad and mix together.
 - When the chicken is finished, remove from heat and cut into bite sized pieces.
