Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (approx. 400g)
 - 
250g cream cheese
 - 
220g mayo
 - 
                
                
1 packet Mingle’s Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base
 - 
1 handful mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
 - 
½ lemon, juiced
 - 
1 tbsp of butter
 - 
2 spring onions, sliced
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
 In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, lemon juice, mayo, butter, Mingle’s Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base, and mozzarella. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese & spring onions on top, and bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
