Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes

500g beef mince
-
1 white onion, diced

100g shredded cheese

3 tbsp Mingle’s Burger Sauce Seasoning
-
3 tbsp mayo
-
Shredded lettuce
-
Pickles (as many as your heart desires)

Olive oil (for drizzling)
Directions
Bake the Spuds:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Clean the potatoes and stab them a few times with a fork (trust us, it helps them cook and prevents explosions). Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 1 hour or until skins are shrivelled and the insides are super soft.
Beef It Up:
- In a large bowl, combine the mince, diced onion, and 1 tbsp of Mingle’s Burger Sauce Seasoning. Mix well. Cook in a pan over medium heat until the mince is browned and delicious.
Whip the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp mayo with 2 tbsp of Mingle’s Burger Sauce Seasoning. Boom — Big Mac sauce, the Mingle way.
Assemble the Goodness:
- Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut a slit down the top and pinch them open. Load them up with mince, cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and a generous drizzle of that burger sauce.
