Bang Bang Salmon Rice Paper Parcels

Ingredients
- 200g raw skinless salmon fillet
- 6 rice paper sheets
- 4 tbsp of a quality mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives

2 tbsp Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 5 tbsp Mingle Furikake Seasoning
Directions
- Finely chop the salmon and mix with the chives, Mingle’s Sweet Chilli Sauce, mayo, ginger, and garlic.
Lightly wet one rice paper sheet and lay it flat. Place 1 heaped tbsp of the salmon mixture in the middle and fold to create a square-like shape. Repeat with the remaining rice papers.
Place the Mingle Furikake Seasoning on a plate and coat each rice paper parcel.
Put the parcels in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200°C (keep for longer if not crispy).
Remove and serve with 2 tbsp of Mingle’s Sweet Chilli sauce or Soy Sauce on the side as a dipping sauce.
