Ingredients
- 460g skin off salmon
- Mingle Chilli Lime Seasoning
- ½ cup Jasmine rice
- 200g edamame
- ½ cucumber, sliced

Mingle Furikake Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce
Sauce:
Directions
Slice salmon in bite sized pieces, coat generously in Mingle’s Chilli Lime Seasoning. Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Cook rice as per packet instructions.
- Mix mayo & sweet chilli together to make the sauce.
- Assemble the bowls with even amounts of rice, cucumber, edamame, salmon and sauce over the top.
- Top with Mingle’s Furikake Rice Topper Seasoning
