Ingredients

4 boiled eggs, chopped

1 avocado, diced

1 Lebanese cucumber, finely chopped

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Mingle Bagel Seasoning

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: baby spinach or rocket

2–4 low-carb wraps or lettuce cups
Directions
In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, avocado, cucumber, mayo, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp Bagel Seasoning. Stir gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Spoon into low-carb wraps or large lettuce leaves.
- Sprinkle with remaining Bagel Seasoning and add greens if using.
- Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Recipe Note
• Add protein: Include diced cooked chicken or smoked salmon
• Meal prep: Keep filling and wraps separate until ready to serve
