American BBQ Slow Cooked Beef

Ingredients
- 500g Beef Chuck Steak/Beef Brisket
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mingle American BBQ Recipe Base
- ½ cup of beef stock
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 baked sweet potato (bake on 180 for 60 minutes)
- Healthy slaw: shredded red cabbage, 1 tbsp greek yoghurt, 1 tsp Mingle All Rounder Seasoning

Directions
Drizzle olive oil over beef, then coat in Mingle American BBQ Recipe Base.
- Place onion and garlic into slow cooker, putting beef on top.
- Pour over beef stock and apple cider vinegar, turn on low and leave to cook for 8 hours (or until beef is falling apart)
- In the final hour of the beef cooking, place sweet potato in oven at 180 fan for 60 minutes, turning half away.
- In a bowl mic greek yoghurt and Mingle All Rounder Seasoning, stir through shredded cabbage
- After 8 hours, transfer meat into a bowl and pull apart with a fork.
- Plate up and enjoy!
