Ingredients
- 1 cooked chicken, shredded

250g cream cheese

220g Greek yoghurt

1 packet Mingle Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base

1 handful mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1 cob loaf

1 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, shredded chicken, Mingle Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base, and mozzarella cheese.
Hollow out the cob loaf and fill it with the buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
Brush the outside of the cob with melted butter.
Air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
