Ingredients
- 300g of chicken mince

Generous sprinkle of Mingle's Use Me on Everything Seasoning
- Drizzle of Pure Harvest tamari
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Handful of chopped mushrooms
- 4 x lettuce cups
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Dash of chilli paste (optional)
- 1-2 teaspoons of coconut yoghurt, milk or water.
Directions
Start with a sizzle: Sauté your chicken mince, tamari, and Mingle's Use Me on Everything seasoning together until the chicken turns a beautiful golden brown.
Mushroom time: Add in your chopped mushrooms and continue to sauté for a few more minutes until they soften up nicely. Don't forget to season well!
Now, let's make the sauce: Whisk together the peanut butter, honey, and your choice of coconut milk or water in a small bowl.
Assembly time: Top your crispy lettuce cups with steamed rice and the deliciously seasoned chicken mince, and drizzle over your homemade peanut sauce. Enjoy!
