YOU’LL NEED:
- 400g udon noodles
- 1 sachet Mingle’s Japanese Curry Recipe Base
- 4 garlic cloves (finely diced)
- 1 large onion (Finely diced)
- 250g mushrooms (diced)
- 240ml light cream
- 2 tbsp EVO
- Parmesan (Optional)
- Chilli flakes/chilli oil (Optional)
JAPANESE KATSU CURRY
YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 Sachet Mingle Japanese Curry Recipe Base
- 2-3 Tbsp Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 Large Carrot diced
- 2 Potatoes (cubed)
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tsp Ginger grated
- 1 Apple grated
- 4 Small chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 350 ml Chicken stock
- 1-2 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
