CURRY UDON

You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Japanese Curry Recipe Base
- 400g udon noodles
- 4 garlic cloves (finely diced)
- 1 large onion (finely diced)
- 250g mushrooms (diced)
- 240ml light cream
- 2 tbsp EVO
- Parmesan (optional)
- Chilli flakes/chilli oil (optional)



CURRY UDON
You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Japanese Curry Recipe Base

JAPANESE KATSU CURRY

You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Japanese Curry Recipe Base
- 2-3 tbsp Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 large carrot (diced)
- 2 potatoes (cubed)
- 1 onion finely (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 apple (grated)
- 4 small chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 350ml chicken stock
- 1-2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs beaten

JAPANESE KATSU CURRY
