CURRY UDON

YOU’LL NEED:

  • 400g udon noodles
  • 1 sachet Mingle’s Japanese Curry Recipe Base
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely diced)
  • 1 large onion (Finely diced)
  • 250g mushrooms (diced)
  • 240ml light cream
  • 2 tbsp EVO
  • Parmesan (Optional)
  • Chilli flakes/chilli oil (Optional)

JAPANESE KATSU CURRY

YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 Sachet Mingle Japanese Curry Recipe Base
  • 2-3 Tbsp Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 Large Carrot diced
  • 2 Potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp Ginger grated
  • 1  Apple grated
  • 4 Small chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
  • 350 ml Chicken stock
  • 1-2 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten
