GREEN CURRY MINCE

You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Green Curry Recipe Base
- Generous sprinkle Mingle's Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 ½ cups uncooked rice
- 4 garlic cloves (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 medium red chilli finely (chopped)
- 4 fried eggs
- Spring onions (diced) - to serve
- 2 to 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 200ml coconut cream
- 100ml of chicken stock

- 1-2 tbsp fish sauce
- Olive oil - to fry

GREEN CURRY FISH CAKES
You'll Need:

- 500g white fish
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp tamari or light soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1-2 tbsp fish sauce
- Olive oil - to fry
