Mingle Black Friday Giveaways 2026: Terms and Conditions

These terms cover two separate promotions: the HexClad Giveaway and the Ninja Giveaway. Each has its own entry period, prize and draw. The total prize value across both promotions is $3,064.97. By entering either promotion, you agree to these terms.

The promoter

  1. The promoter is Mingle Seasoning Pty Ltd (ABN 85 610 269 148) of 785 Toorak Rd, Hawthorn East VIC 3123 ("Mingle", "we", "us").

Who can enter

  1. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 or older.
  2. Mingle employees, their immediate families, and agencies and suppliers involved in running these promotions can't enter.

How to enter

  1. To enter, place an order on mingleseasoning.com during the entry period for that promotion. There is no minimum spend.
  2. Each customer gets one entry per promotion, no matter how many orders they place in that entry period. Customers are identified by the email address on the order. A customer who orders in both entry periods gets one entry into each promotion.

  1. Prize values are the recommended retail price at the time these terms were written. Mingle isn't responsible for any change in value.
  2. Each draw takes place at 785 Toorak Rd, Hawthorn East VIC 3123. The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries for that promotion, by a random number generator, with an independent person watching.

Winners

  1. We'll contact each winner by email and phone within 2 business days of their draw.
  2. If a winner doesn't claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted, or isn't eligible, we'll redraw at the same place at 11:00am on Wed 2 Dec 2026 (HexClad) or Tue 8 Dec 2026 (Ninja). We'll contact the redraw winner the same way.
  3. Prizes are delivered to an address in Australia or New Zealand, free of charge. Prizes can't be exchanged, transferred or taken as cash. If a prize item becomes unavailable, we'll replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

Other terms

  1. HexClad and Ninja are trade marks of their owners. They supply the prizes but aren't promoters of these giveaways and aren't responsible for running them. These promotions aren't sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
  2. We can disqualify any entry we reasonably believe was made fraudulently or against these terms (for example, using several email addresses to get extra entries).
  3. If something outside our control affects either promotion (such as a technical fault or fraud), we may change, suspend or end that promotion, subject to any direction from a regulator.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Mingle isn't liable for any loss or damage from entering or from receiving a prize.
  5. We collect your details to run these promotions and to contact winners, in line with our Privacy Policy. Your order details are already handled under that policy. Entering doesn't sign you up to anything new.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
