TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

This promotion is conducted by Mingle Seasoning Pty Ltd, ABN: 85 610 269 148, Address: Level 1/785 Toorak Rd, Hawthorn East VIC 3123, Australia ("Promoter").

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Start: 8/11/2025 at 6:00am AEDT (9:00am NZDT)
End: 10/11/2025 at 11:59pm AEDT (10/11/2025 at 2:59am NZDT on 11/11/2025)

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to Australian and New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

Each person may join the waitlist only once. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Join the Promoter's Black Friday waitlist during the Promotional Period.

Entries must include a valid email address for winner notification.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entry is automatic upon joining the waitlist.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive a limited edition Black Friday pack.

Prize value: RRP $179.70 AUD. Total prize pool: $179.70 AUD.

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Prize will be shipped to the winner's Australian or New Zealand address.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

Selection will occur on 12/11/2025 at 9:00am AEDT at the Promoter's office in Hawthorn East, VIC, Australia.

The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize and provide delivery details.

7. PRIZE CLAIM

The winner must provide a valid Australian or New Zealand postal address for prize delivery.

Prizes will be dispatched within 14 business days of winner verification.

The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed prizes during shipping.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Australia), and the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

Information will only be used for conducting this promotion, prize delivery, and waitlist communications regarding Black Friday offers.

By entering, participants consent to their information being used for this purpose and acknowledge they will receive Black Friday waitlist communications.

New Zealand entrants have rights under the Privacy Act 2020 to access and correct their personal information.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Promoter's decision regarding winner selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or submitting multiple entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any email service provider or social media platform.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website errors, email delivery failures, or communication failures.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it impossible or impractical to proceed.

10. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).

11. PERMIT NUMBERS AND JURISDICTION

No trade promotion permit is required for this promotion as the total prize pool value does not exceed the threshold requiring permits in NSW, ACT, or SA.

New Zealand does not require permits for promotional competitions of this nature.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
