Ingredients
- 400g beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 1½ tbsp Mingle Tuscan Chicken Seasoning
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 400ml chicken or veggie stock
- 1 zucchini, grated
- ½ cup frozen peas
Directions
Brown mince in a large frypan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in Tuscan Chicken Seasoning and rice. Mix well.
- Pour in stock, bring to a simmer. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
- Stir in zucchini and peas. Cook 5 more minutes until rice is done.

Leftovers: Easy to reheat, freezer-safe
