An absolute flavour bomb in 10 minutes & something that the whole family will love
Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- Mini tortillas
- Handful of coriander
- 2-3 tbsp sesame oil
- Generous sprinkle of Mingle’s Hoisin seasoning
To Garnish
- Diced cucumber
- Spring onions

Mingle’s bagel seasoning
- Hot sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together pork mince, Mingle’s Hoisin seasoning, sesame oil & coriander until combined
Smash pork mince mixture on to your tortillas & place on an oiled pan (on medium high heat), mixture side down. Cook for 4 mins then flip & cook for another minute or until cooked through, to crisp up the tortilla.
Garnish with cucumber, spring onions & Mingle’s Bagel seasoning & enjoy :))
