130g Frozen chicken dumplings

120ml chicken stock

20ml light coconut milk

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp crushed garlic

1/2 tsp crushed ginger

20g cherry tomatoes

Bok choy
-
1/4 packet Mingle Satay seasoning
Directions
Add all curry ingredients (stock, coconut milk, soy, garlic, ginger and seasoning) to a large baking dish.
Mix well and top with cherry tomatoes, bok choy and dumplings.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
Garnish and enjoy as is or serve on rice.
