Ingredients

½ purple cabbage head

2 tbsp Mingle Seasoning Balsamic Dressing

1 tsp Honey
-
160g Greek Yoghurt
-
1 tsp Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning

¼ lemon juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil

Parsley
Directions
Chop the purple cabbage into 4-6 equal parts. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together Balsamic Dressing and honey. Pour over the cabbage and flip so all sides are coated. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes or until softened.
Mix yoghurt, Greek Garlic seasoning, and lemon juice together, then smear it on a plate as the bed for your cabbage.
Drizzle olive oil and extra Greek Garlic seasoning over the yoghurt bed.
Once the cabbage has cooled, layer on the yoghurt and serve with fresh parsley.
