Ingredients
Filling:
- 300g ricotta
- 50g grated Parmesan
-
2 tsp Mingle Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic paste
To Assemble:
- 6 lasagna sheets
- 6 slices prosciutto
- A handful of fresh basil leaves, plus extra for serving
- 700ml pasta sauce
-
1 tsp Mingle Italian Seasoning
- Extra grated Parmesan or mozzarella, for topping
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the lasagna sheets in salted boiling water until just tender, adding one or two extra sheets in case of any tear. Drain and toss with a little olive oil so they don’t stick together.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, Parmesan, Mingle Italian Seasoning and garlic paste
Lay each lasagna sheet flat on a board. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the surface, right to the edges.
Lay a slice of prosciutto over the ricotta, then scatter a few basil leaves on top.
Roll each sheet up tightly into a spiral, starting from one short end. Cut in half.
Spread the pasta sauce and Mingle Italian seasoning over the base of a baking dish. Arrange the rolls spiral facing up into the sauce.
Top with a little extra Parmesan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the tops are lightly golden.
Rest for a few minutes, scatter with fresh basil, and serve.
