Ingredients

1 Bakers Delight X Mingle Seasoning Everything Sourdough Baguette

2 tbsp basil pesto

4 large truss cherry tomatoes, finely sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

4 mozzarella slices
-
8 mortadella slices, finely shaved

3 small handfuls of rockets
Directions
Slice open the Bakers Delight X Mingle Seasoning Everything Sourdough Baguette and hollow out a little of the soft interior bread to make room for fillings.
Spread the basil pesto evenly along the inside of the baguette. Layer the finely sliced truss cherry tomatoes over the pesto.
Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil. Place the mozzarella slices directly over the tomatoes.
Pile on the finely shaved mortadella slices, followed by the small handfuls of rocket.
Place the top of the baguette back on to close the sandwich, press down gently, slice into portions, and serve!
