Ingredients

2 chicken thighs, cut into chunks

1-2 tbsp Mingle Moroccan Recipe Base

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil
Tangy Herby Dressing:
-
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
-
(Optional) pinch of chilli flakes

1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp white vine vinegar
Directions
In a bowl, combine chicken, Mingle Moroccan Recipe Base, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight).
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Air fry at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through and slightly charred.
Drizzle over the tangy herby dressing and serve with salad or rice.
