Ingredients
- 4 hash browns, defrosted
- 100g lean beef mince
- 1 red onion, diced

½ packet Mingle Taco recipe base
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Handful cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 50g cherry tomato, diced
- Coriander
Directions
In a hot pan with a splash of oil, brown your beef mince. Stir in diced red onion, Mingle Taco Seasoning, tomato paste, and a dash of water. Simmer until it’s thick.
Pop your hashbrowns onto a hot sandwich press. Close the lid, but don’t press down. Cook for about 5 minutes until they’re deep golden and ultra-crispy.
Layer those crispy hashbrowns with taco mince, cheese, sour cream, red onion & tomato, lastly coriander.
