Ingredients

1 x 435g can refried beans

1 packet Mingle Salsa
-
2 large avocados
-
2 tsp Mingle Guac Seasoning
-
Squeeze of lemon or lime juice
-
2 cups Greek yoghurt
-
1 packet Mingle Taco Seasoning
-
2 large tomatoes, diced
-
½ red onion, finely diced
-
1 cup grated cheese
-
2 spring onions, sliced
-
Corn chips, to serve
Directions
Spread the refried beans evenly across the base of a large serving dish.
Pour over the Mingle Salsa seasoning evenly.
In a bowl mash the avocados with Mingle Guac Seasoning and lime juice until smooth. Place on top of the salsa layer.
In another bowl mix the Greek yoghurt with Mingle Taco Seasoning until smooth and creamy. Spread this over the avocado layer.
Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, grated cheese and sliced spring onion.
Serve immediately with corn chips for scooping.
