Use your leftover wraps in a way you never would’ve imagined! KOREAN INSPIRED BEEF POCKETS 🙌🤤
Ingredients
- 200g beef mince
-
1 tbsp Mingle Korean BBQ seasoning
- 2 Spring onions, finely diced
- 1 ½ cup mozzarella
Toppings:
- Extra spring onions, finely diced
- Chilli oil
Directions
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef mince and cook, breaking it up, until browned.
Sprinkle over Korean BBQ seasoning, sesame oil, and spring onions. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Lightly dip tortillas in water, then cut each tortilla in half.
Spread a tbsp of beef mixture into the centre of each tortilla half. Top with mozzarella and fold into triangles.
Arrange on a pie dish, top with extra seasoning and mozzarella, and bake for 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and crisp.
Finish with extra spring onions.
