Ingredients
- 6 Bao Buns
- 6 medium sized boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2tbsp Mingle BBQ Sauce
- ½ container Mingle Korean BBQ Seasoning
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- Pickled cabbage
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Directions
Cut chicken thighs in half. Add to a large bowl and coat evenly with the BBQ sauce and Korean BBQ seasoning
- Cook bao buns as per the package instructions.
- Heat some oil over medium heat, add the chicken. Cook for 6 minutes on each side.
- Assemble buns by evenly filling them with cucumber, cabbage and chicken.
- To make the sauce combine mayonnaise with the left over juices in the pan. Pour on top.
- Optional: top with sesame seeds.
