Ingredients
Chicken Marinate:
- 600g chicken thighs
- 100g Greek yogurt

2 tbsp Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning
- 20ml olive oil
Homemade Tzatziki Dip:
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 lemon juice

1 tbsp Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning
- 2 tbsp dill, finely diced
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
Chicken Wrap:
- 4 White wraps
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Kalamata olives
- Crumbled feta
- Fresh dill
Directions
In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, Greek yogurt, olive oil, Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Cook chicken in the air fryer at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add all tzatziki ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Layer homemade tzatziki, lettuce, tomato and chicken in the wrap.
- Top with olives, dill and feta.
