Ingredients
- 8 burrito size wraps
- 1kg chicken mince
- 1 sachet Mingle Fajita Recipe Base
- 1 tomato, tinly sliced
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 250ml sour cream
Directions
Assemble 7 wraps around the edges of a large baking tray, and another in the middle.
- Cook chicken mince over medium heat until browned, then mix in the fajita recipe base.
- Evenly spread the chicken in the centre of the wraps. Top with a layer of spinach, tomatoes and dollops of sour cream.
- Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the 8th wrap and place it sour cream side down in the middle. Fold over the other wraps to cover the filling.
- Use another baking dish to keep the wraps in place and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove the top baking dish and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven & serve.
