250g beef mince

½ onion, finely diced

3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

½ Mingle Seasoning Honey Garlic BBQ Rub or Roast

100ml thickened cream
-
100ml passata
-
100ml beef stock

125g Orecchiette pasta

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, and half a packet of the Honey Garlic BBQ Rub or Roast seasoning. Roll the mixture into bite-sized mini meatballs and set aside.
Heat a splash of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook them gently until they are browned on all sides. Toss in a little extra chopped onion and sauté until it turns soft and translucent.
Pour the thickened cream, passata, and beef stock straight into the pan with the meatballs. Stir in your dried pasta of choice, ensuring it’s submerged in the liquid.
Let everything bubble away for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thick and creamy and the pasta is perfectly al dente.
Remove from the heat, grate a generous amount of Parmesan cheese right over the top, and scatter with fresh parsley.
