Ingredients
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeno
- Small handful of coriander
- 1 avocado
- ½ lime juice

½ packet Mingle Taco or Guac Recipe Base
- 200g chickpeas, drained
- Feta
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate aprils
Directions
Drain chickpeas and pat dry. Add to an air fryer and drizzle in olive oil. Cook for 15 minutes on 180C or until crispy. Once finished, set aside to cool.
On a chopping board, add onion, jalapeno, coriander, avocado, lime juice, and Mingle Taco or Guac recipe base. Chop and dice all ingredients until smooth.
Add smooth guac to a bowl and top with crispy chickpeas, feta, pomegranate aprils and extra coriander.
