1 lemon, sliced

2 tsp minced garlic
Peri Peri BBQ

American BBQ

½ cup Mingle Tomato Sauce

⅓ cup (~85ml) natural yoghurt

⅓ cup natural yoghurt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice, plus a few lemon slices

Directions
Add the chicken and marinade ingredients to a freezer bag or container.
Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for even more flavour).
Freeze for up to 3 months, or cook straight away.
