150g chicken breast (diced)

30g light Greek yoghurt or light coconut milk

1/4 packet Mingle Butter Chicken seasoning

50g crushed canned tomatoes

50ml chicken stock

160g fresh gnocchi

Optional: Light cream, fresh coriander
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix chicken with yoghurt and seasoning, add to meal prep container.
Add tomatoes, stock, and gnocchi. Ensure gnocchi is mostly submerged.
Bake at 180°C for 40–50 minutes.
Top with cream and coriander when serving.
