Butter Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients

1 sachet Mingle Butter Chicken Spice

Dumpling pastry

200g chicken breast mince

¼ cup grated carrot

1 small brown onion, grated

¼ cup finely chopped mushrooms

2 tbsp tomato paste

½ cup cream
-
1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup chicken stock

Coriander for garnish (optional)
Directions
Combine the chicken mince, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp butter chicken spice, carrot, mushrooms and ½ the grated onion
Fill the dumplings with the butter chicken mince mixture
Make the butter chicken sauce by adding onion to a pan on medium heat, once translucent add 2 tbsp butter chicken spice and oil. Cook for 2 mins or until fragrant
Add 1 tbsp tomato paste, the cream and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened
Cook the dumplings in a pan on medium-heat by adding water and covering for 6-7 minutes or until cooked through
Once ready to eat, pour the butter chicken sauce over the dumplings, garnish with coriander and enjoy!
