Pimp out your steak with this flavoured butter. We know steak is a treat, so why not make it the ultimate treat with this flavoured butter. This is a match made in heaven aka the Mingle Recipe Kitchen.
Ingredients

4 x your favourite steak (we love a scotchie)

4 tbsp of butter

1 lemon
-
1 handful of rocket
-
1 pear thinly sliced
-
1 handful of grated parmesan
-
1/2 a bunch of chopped parsley

4 tbsp of Mingle All Purpose
Directions
METHOD
LEAVE your favourite cut of steak out to come to room temp. This will help it cook more evenly.
SPRINKLE some Mingle All Purpose Seasoning over your steak.
MIX 3 tbsp of Mingle All Purpose Seasoning, a squeeze of lemon juice & parsley into your butter. Roll into a log and put on the fridge.
SALAD TIME Slice pears and shave Parmesan. Mix together with rocket and dress with olive oil, lemon and 1 x tablespoon of Mingle All Purpose Seasoning.
SEAR steak on both sides. Cook to your liking on a pan or BBQ. The hotter the pan or BBQ, the better!
REST for 3 minutes with a dollop of your Mingle steak butter on top of the steak.
SERVE with your side salad and pour the butter/meat juices over your steak!
