Ingredients

1 cup of Greek Yoghurt
- Mingle Pistachio Delight Sweet Topper
- Handful of Strawberries, sliced
- 60g Dark Chocolate, melted
Directions
Mix yoghurt and Mingle Pistachio Delight Sweet Topper in a bowl until combined
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon 1 heaped tbsp of the yoghurt mixture until you have 6 disks
- Top the yoghurt disks with a sprinkle of Pistachio Delight, sliced strawberries and drizzle of dark chocolate
- Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until yoghurt has frozen and is solid
