3 large chicken breasts

1 packet Mingle Roasted Salsa & Taco sauce

1 packet Mingle Taco recipe base

Splash of water
Directions
To a slow cooker, add chicken breast, salsa & taco sauce, and taco recipe base. Mix through the chicken until everything is combined and the chicken is coated. Add a splash of water.
Cook on high heat for 3 hours.
Using two forks shredded chicken to the desired thickness and stir through optional coriander.
HOT TIP: serve with a baked sweet potato and top with cheesy goodness!
