Mingle's Kale and Bacon Side


1 X onion (chopped)
1 X bunch of kale (roughly chopped)
4 X slices of bacon (thinly sliced)
1 X lemon
1 X handful of cherry tomatoes
Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 X handful of slivered almond 


1. Saute onion & bacon on a low heat until bacon is crispy.
2. Add cherry tomatoes and cook on high heat until blistered.
3. Add kale, a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of Mingle's Garlic and Herb Seasoning.
4. Top with almond flakes.
