Mingle's Kale & Bacon Side Dish
Simple Healthy Recipe
The ultimate, simple side dish that will make getting your greens in easy! Our kale and bacon side will have even the fussiest of eaters loving their greens.
1 diced onion
1 bunch of kale (roughly chopped)
4 slices of bacon (thinly sliced)
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp of Mingle's Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 handful of slivered almonds
PREPARE ingredients by chopping or grating the veggies. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
ADD your onions and bacon and sautee on a medium heat until the bacon crisps up. Add your cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly blistered.
ADD kale and 1 tablespoon of Mingle's Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Cook until kale is just wilted.
TOP a squeeze of lemon juice and the slivered almonds
