Mingle's Kale and Bacon Side
Ingredients:
1 X onion (chopped) |
1 X bunch of kale (roughly chopped) |
4 X slices of bacon (thinly sliced) |
1 X lemon |
1 X handful of cherry tomatoes |
Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning |
1 X handful of slivered almond |
Method:
1. Saute onion & bacon on a low heat until bacon is crispy. |
2. Add cherry tomatoes and cook on high heat until blistered. |
3. Add kale, a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of Mingle's Garlic and Herb Seasoning. |
4. Top with almond flakes. |
