1. Mix beef mince, egg, cubed halloumi and 3 tablespoons of 3 tbsp of Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning in a bowl. Form into a tight burger patty and leave uncovered in the fridge on a plate for 10 minutes.

2. Prepare toppings (tomato, onion, lettuce and pickles).

3. To make sauce, mix 1 tbsp of Mingle Garlic and Dill Seasoning, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives and yoghurt in a bowl and then stir.

4. Cut sweet potatoes into chip shapes. Toss and cover with Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning and olive oil. Bake in oven at 180 C until golden.

5. Heat oil in a pan. Place patties on pan and leave until golden. Flip and do the same on the other side.

6. Season all with salt and pepper to your taste.

7. Build your burger with all ingredients and your ranch sauce.

8. Serve with some of your ranch dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries.
