Ingredients

Generous Sprinkle Mingle Greek Garlic Lovers Seasoning
350 gm Pasta
2 Big handfuls rocket
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes diced
1 Cup Cucumber diced
1 Cup Red onion finely chopped
2 Cup Cooked chicken
1/2 Cup Kalamata olives chopped
1/2 Cup Parsley finely chopped
1/2 Cup EEVO
Juice and Zest of 1 lemon
1 Garlic Clove finely chopped

Directions

Cook Pasta until Al dente then leave to cool.
Prepare dressing by mixing together olive oil, lemon juice, zest, minced garlic & Mingle's Greek Garlic Seasoning.
To a large bowl, add cooked pasta, rocket, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, olives, chicken & parsley.
Drizzle prepared Greek Garlic Dressing & Mix.
Serve with a sprinkle of feta and enjoy.
