Ingredients

• 3 Lebanese Cucumbers

• 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt

• ½ Red Onion (finely diced)

• Zest & Juice of 1 lemon

• 1 tbsp ACV

• 1 Garlic Clove (grated)

• Mingles Dill & Garlic Seasoning

Directions

1. Peel cucumbers (lengthways) & place in a large bowl

2. Add the rest of the ingredients & a generous sprinkle of Mingles Dill & Garlic Seasoning then stir to combine

3. Serve with a protein or on it’s own & enjoy.
