1. Leave your favourite cut of steak out to come to room temp. This will help it cook more evenly.

2. Sprinkle some Mingle All Purpose Seasoning over your steak.

3. Mix 3 tbsp of Mingle All Purpose Seasoning, a squeeze of lemon juice & parsley into your butter. Roll into a log and put on the fridge. Then, slice pears and shave Parmesan. Mix together with rocket and dress with olive oil, lemon and 1 x tablespoon of Mingle All Purpose Seasoning.

4. Sear steak on both sides. Cook to your liking on a pan or BBQ.

5. Once cooked, rest for 3 minutes with a dollop of your Mingle steak butter on top of the steak.

6. Serve with side salad.
