Ingredients

100g beef mince

½ small onion, finely diced

1 tsp Mingle Taco Seasoning
-
1 pita bread
Sauce:
-
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
-
1 tsp Mingle Taco Seasoning

Squeeze of lime juice
Directions
In a bowl combine beef mince, diced onion, Mingle Taco Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Cut the pita in half to create two pockets. Stuff each half with the beef mixture, pressing it in evenly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a light drizzle of olive oil.
Cook the stuffed pitas for 3–4 minutes on each side, pressing down slightly, until the bread is golden and crispy and the beef is cooked through.
In a small bowl mix Greek yoghurt, Mingle Taco Seasoning and lime juice until smooth.
Serve immediately and dip in the sauce.
