Smoked Salmon Hashbrown Tacos

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 hashbrowns, defrosted

Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Smoked Salmon
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- Soft boiled egg
- Optional toppings: fresh dill, capers, squeeze of lemon
Directions
Remove hashbrowns from freezer for a few hours to defrost, or place in the fridge the night before
- Sprinkle parmesan into two piles on a flat surface
- Place defrosted hashbrowns on top, sprinkle Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning and use a rolling pin to roll them out flat
- Carefully place them into the airfryer and bake at 200 for 10 mins, until golden and crispy
- Add toppings and enjoy!
