Ingredients
- 200g sausage meat (pork or beef)

1 tbsp Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 3 tbsp onion chutney (can also use cranberry sauce)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, whites and yolks separated
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional to garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 180ºC fan
Remove the skin from sausages and separate the egg white and yolk
- Mix the sausage meat with the egg white and set aside
- Lay a sheet of puff pastry onto baking paper and spread the sausage mixture onto top half of the pastry sheet
- Place onion chutney or cranberry sauce onto the meat and spread evenly
- Sprinkle Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning over the top
- Fold the pastry sheet over, then cut into 2cm strips
- Twist each strip and fold into a swirl
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush each swirl with egg yolk
- Sprinkle with Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, until pastry is golden and sausage meat is fully cooked
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle of fresh thyme to garnish
