Ingredients
- 2 wraps
- 2 chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 egg

1/2 packet Mingle American BBQ Rub or Roast
- 2 tbsp Mingle BBQ Sauce
- 16 jarred green chilli slices
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
Homemade Slaw
- 1/4 cup red cabbage
- 1/4 cup green cabbage
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp light mayo
Directions
Dip chicken strips into whisked egg (with Mingle American BBQ Rub or Roast), then press into crushed cornflakes.
Cook at 180°C for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
Slice the tortilla from the bottom center to the midpoint.
Place ingredients in these quadrants:
• Bottom Left: Fried chicken.
• Top Left: BBQ sauce and green chilies.
• Top Right: Homemade slaw.
• Bottom Right: Grated mozzarella.
Fold the chicken (bottom-left) up, then right over the slaw, then down over the cheese to form a triangle.
Heat in a dry pan or sandwich press for 1–2 minutes per side until the wrap is crispy and the cheese has melted.
