SPAG BOL RAGU
YOU’LL NEED:
- 1.4 kg boneless beef chuck roast, in 2-inch cubes
- Mingle’s Spag Bol Recipe Base
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 celery stalk ,diced
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 450g pappardelle
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup grated parmesan
SPAG BOL TACOS
YOU’LL NEED:
- 500 g of beef mince, tofu or lentils.
- Mingle’s Spag Bol Recipe Base
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 2 cups of zucchini (grated)
- 200 ml passata
- 400 ml of chopped tomatoes
- 200 ml of stock beef or vegetable
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tortillas
