You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Spag Bol Recipe Base
- 1.4 kg boneless beef chuck roast, in 2-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (peeled and diced)
- 1 celery stalk (diced)
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 450g pappardelle
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup grated parmesan

- 200ml passata
- 400ml of chopped tomatoes
- 200ml of stock beef or vegetable
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tortillas
