200g casserole beef (diced)

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup crushed tomatoes

250ml beef stock

50g dry red lentils
-
1/4 packet Mingle Sri Lankan Curry recipe base
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Brown beef in a fry pan.
Add diced carrots and celery, cook until softened.
Transfer to a baking/casserole dish.
Add crushed tomatoes, stock, lentils, and seasoning. Mix well.
Cover and bake for 2–3 hours until meat is soft and tender.
