Ingredients
-
250g beef
-
2 tbsp Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
6 Tortillas
-
½ red capsicum, thinly sliced
-
½ zucchini, thinly sliced
-
Optional: baby spinach, olives, pickled onion, cheese, yoghurt or hot sauce
Directions
Mix mince with Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the raw mince directly onto one side of each flatbread, pressing it in so it sticks.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a small drizzle of oil if needed.
- Place the flatbread meat-side down in the pan. Press down gently. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the mince is browned and cooked through.
- Flip the flatbread. Add veg on the cooked mince side. Cover the pan lightly with a lid or foil and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the bottom is crisp.
- Slice and serve with your choice of fresh toppings or sauces.
Recipe Note
Smash-style tip: Keep mince layer thin for faster, even cooking.
Double batch: Cook meat separately, then assemble and toast wraps to serve later.
